| Education | Pass in Xth standard Pass in ITI (National Trade Certificate – NTC) in any one of the trades mentioned in the table of para I – A |
Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned discipline (Refer Table I – B). |

| Physical Standards |
As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship Rules 1992, and the amendments thereof, if any. |
| Domicile | The applicant shall be a domicile in Kerala. |
| Reservation | Reservation shall be applicable as per Government of India Rules. |
